Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process

We encourage our members to maintain a respectful and harmonious learning environment. In the event of a dispute, the following process will be followed:

  1. Direct Communication: Members are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with one another through open and respectful dialogue.

  2. Mediation: If a direct resolution cannot be reached, members may request mediation. A neutral third party, selected by iLINGUA, will facilitate a discussion to help the parties reach a mutually agreeable solution.

  3. Moderation Involvement: If mediation is unsuccessful, the iLINGUA moderation team will investigate the matter. The team will review the situation, gather relevant information, and take appropriate action based on the severity of the issue and the Code of Conduct.

  4. Potential Actions: Depending on the circumstances, the moderation team may take the following actions:

    • Issue a warning to one or both parties

    • Temporarily suspend a member's account

    • Permanently terminate a member's account

iLINGUA reserves the right to modify this dispute resolution process at its discretion.
